Approach

The approach begins with understanding the unique needs of your team members. An assessment is completed that provides insight into both the organization’s health and the well-being of your team. The survey results help focus and drive your employee engagement initiatives. This is followed by aligning your company’s strategic vision with your talent plan. The talent plan captures things like skills gaps and succession plans. Individual development plans are then created to document the career plan and development priorities for each team member.

Meet the Founder

Kerry Loeffler, Insight Leader & Facilitator, for more than 30 years, she has been helping people grow in their careers as a Talent Development professional. She has worked in healthcare, education, associations, and professional services. Her roles have included being a business owner, serving as an association HR vice president, coaching executives, helping people with career transitions, and managing career pathways. Kerry served as the elected volunteer board chairperson for the Greater Cincinnati Association for Talent Development and the Cincinnati Society of Association Executives.

Kerry participates in two networks of coaches and consultants: TTI Success Insights and Trusted Advisors Network. As a TTI SI Value-Added Associate, Kerry is certified in the assessment sciences of DISC,12 Driving Forces® and TriMetrix® HD and is also a certified TTI SmartRev Partner. She serves as an Affiliate with Trusted Advisors Network.

Additionally, Kerry is a certified provider of MyTalentPlanner, a new software platform that ties your talent plan and strategy together to achieve your vision.
